Excerpt:
Are the legal foes of Obamacare as numerous and determined as those of McCain-Feingold? The answer to that question is an unequivocal YES. Their numbers are greater, they are far better financed and more determined…
…There are now at least forty legal challenges to the law pending in federal courts involving its various provisions as well as it’s implementation…
…And, no list of Obamacare lawsuits would be complete without mentioning the Oklahoma lawsuit challenging the illegal IRS rule by which the Obama administration will attempt to funnel tax credits and subsidies through federally-created exchanges, despite the law’s stipulation that such premium-assistance can only be offered via state-run exchanges. This litigation is, in many ways, the most important of all the lawsuits. Without its insurance exchanges, and the accompanying subsidies, Obamacare will crash and burn.
The lawsuits involving the illegal IRS rule, IPAB, the contraception mandate, religious discrimination, etc. by no means exhaust the list of Obamacare challenges. This should inspire hope. It took the good guys six years to bring down McCain-Feingold. With a little luck, and a lot of patience, the good guys could well prevail against Obamacare as well. One hopes, of course, that it will not take six years…
…Unfortunately, an important factor in all of this involves the longevity of the remaining Supreme Court justices who heed the Constitution. If the president is able to appoint another administration lackey like Elena Kagan to the Court, Obamacare may well be safe. On the other hand, if any of the serious challenges to PPACA arrive on the docket before any of the “conservative” justices shuffles off this mortal coil, the legal system may yet prove itself not to be an ass after all.

Orlando Health to cut record number of jobs to save money. Reduction of 400 jobs will help position system for health-care overhaul, officials say…
In the largest staff reduction in its nearly 100-year history, Orlando Health is cutting up to 400 jobs starting immediately, hospital system officials announced Monday.
The move is part of a broader effort to position the hospital system for the health-care overhaul, CEO Sherrie Sitarik said.

When the 47% become 52% or 55% that have grown completely dependent on the govt for money, food, shelter…healthcare suddenly have none of that support. What then. Where will people go… Who will they turn to when they get to the register and their EBT card doesn’t work or when they get turned away at the HHS window “no checks this month”.
God forbid you live in any of our large urban areas or inner cities where welfare dependency is highest. Desperate people do desperate things. Best prepare, those times are coming. When those payments begin getting cut back you’ll know it’s close.

I read it, go read it yourself. You need to know, especially if you are currently in or planned to be in the medical field, or if you work in the restaurant industry, or work a full time job or plan to ever work or use a doctor or have any kind of interaction with the field of medical in the U.S.

We can’t vote to stop natural disasters but we can vote out the man-made disasters that President Obama has foisted on us.
~ The coal industry in Virginia is being devastated by Obama’s E.P.A. & so are California farmers. Costing people Jobs, their lively-hood and un-necessarily increasing our food and power costs.
~ Our southern border states are the front-line of a battle against drug cartels & illegal immigration and Obama’s head of Homeland Security says the Border is fine they don’t need more security, stop asking!
~ President Obama’s refusal to allow the Keystone Pipeline would have created 100’s of thousands of jobs in the U.S.
~ The attacks on our people in Libya, Egypt & elsewhere on 9/11/12 where NO response has been made NO details have come forth but President Obama, Hillary Clinton, & many others in the administration HAVE given false testimonies, which they have admitted were false. Whistleblowers, thank you!
~ The destruction of our freedom of choice, over burdening regulation and massive takeover over the health insurance industry which is Obamacare.
~ An avalanche of debt bearing down on not only us but generations to follow and not a single solution offered but More Borrowing.
This is a DISASTER we can do something about. One that we get out of the way. We don’t have to bear the burden of Man-Made disasters Barack Obama will give us with another 4 years neglect and destructive policies! VOTE THE MAN-MADE DISASTER OUT!

In just 14 months, Americans will be required to prove that they have federally “qualified” health insurance or face an Obamacare tax of $695 to $2,085. That is unless you are in prison, below the poverty line, or are an undocumented immigrant, according to the anti-tax group Americans for Tax Reform.
When added together, those three groups total up to one-sixth of the nation’s population of 314 million: 218,929 are in federal prisons, 12 million are illegals and 42 million are below the poverty line and eligible for welfare, though some fit into all three categories, according to federal reports.

Hope without action is just a wish. That is all Obama ever gave us, empty hope.
No plans…just wishes. Like the Obama - Santa wish list. “I sure hope this works”
His slogan in 08’ should have been “I WISH YOU WOULD CHANGE!” It would have been more accurate.

poorrichardsnews:

If you are even a casual reader of Poor Richard’s News, you know what a monumental disaster Obamacare is on virtually every level. But we rarely hear about the logistical nightmares that that the government is facing in trying to implement what is, perhaps, the most invasive law in American history. This article might give you a good idea:
From Real Clear Markets:
A remarkable truth about Obamacare is how many aspects of its initial programs and initiatives are already in disarray.
The Obama team is woefully behind its own schedule for implementing features of the legislation. The critical regulations outlining what the Obamacare insurance benefit will look like was supposed to be out more than six months ago. Now it looks like this regulation won’t be dropped until after the election. This is just one key aspect of the program that is way behind the administration’s own timeline.
These facts alone should give proponents of the law pause. But the early experience with the elements of Obamacare that have already kicked in is downright dismal.
The core of Obamacare doesn’t get started until 2014, when state-based exchanges are supposed to be formed as places for consumers to buy the legislation’s tightly regulated, subsidized coverage. But early features of Obamacare are already failing.
· The temporary “high risk” pools that Obamacare created, to provide a way for those with pre-existing health conditions to get insurance immediately, are undersubscribed yet way over budget. The Congressional Budget Office estimated that the $5 billion allocated to these pools could enroll 200,000 consumers. They envisioned enrollment growing to more than 400,000. But only 77,877 have signed up as of July, yet the program is way over its budget. More than a quarter of these state-based risk pools are short on cash.

“Given the enormous impact the regulations will have on job creators, it is no wonder that a recent survey found that over 70 percent of small businesses cite the health care law as a major obstacle to job creation,”
